My approach to writing is an open one. Everything here is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 license. Seven years after initial publication, all my work falls into the public domain, and no license any longer applies. I believe that open source is a more Christian model, since everything is from God, and for him (1 Cor 8:6). This includes wisdom and knowledge (Job 38:36). Modern ideas about intellectual property are therefore unchristian, being founded in the false belief that ideas belong to us, and in the wrong desire to ransom them. Where traditional copyrights are applied to Christian literature, the building of God's church is hindered. I'd like to have chosen a Bible translation to use here which is released under a similar license, but unfortunately no such translations currently exist which I consider of high enough quality. Therefore, all Scripture passages quoted are from the English Standard Version unless otherwise stated. The ESV is produced by a non-profit organization, and can be read online for free at the ESV Study Bible portal.
closeWhen searching, you can use double quotes (") to find exact phrases, and asterisks (*) to search on wildcards. To specify that a word must be present in the search results, attach a leading plus sign (+) to it; to specify the opposite, use a minus sign (-). If you just want to specify a word's relative importance, leading greater-than (>) and less-than (<) signs can be used instead. Note that words with three characters or fewer are ignored in searches.
